• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery for customers located within Qatar.
• The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories.

• Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
• Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with further instructions.
• Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount or charged for exchange requests.
2. Return and Exchange Policy for GCC Countries:
• At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customers located in GCC countries (Gulf Cooperation Council). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
